The hotel’s standard normal check-in time is 3:00pm ( for specific room types or requests, the time for check in may be slightly delayed ) and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
We ask for all guests to provide a valid photo identification, such as an international passport, Hong Kong or Macau ID card upon check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the whole hotel.
If you do smoke in your room, a minimum fee of HK$1,500 will be assessed to restore the room to its original smoke-free condition.
With the exception of guide dogs or pet’s room, pets of any kind are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

When making a booking on the Hotel’s official website, guests must pay in full by credit card for the booked date. Any cancellation to the booking must be made at least 3 days before the check-in date and before 18:00 Hong Kong time, the hotel will charge a 10% service fee and no other fees will be charged. Any changes made to the booking must be informed at least 3 days in advance to the Hotel, no charges will be made.
If the guest fail to check in on the booked date or fail to change or cancel the reservation before the above time, the hotel will charge the full amount, which will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest at the time of booking. If the guest fails to check in on the booked date, it will be regarded as a “no show” and the hotel will have the right to cancel the remaining days of the reservation.
If guest wish to change or cancel the reservation, please email sales@warwickhotel.com.hk and include the guest’s full name, booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation. After successfully canceling your reservation application, the collected reservation deposit will be refunded to the credit card account used when making the reservation. The time required for the refund depends on the refund arrangements of your bank or credit card issuer.
We accept WeChat pay and Alipay for bill settlement.
To provide a quiet sleeping environment for all our guests, our hotel’s quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
All visitors to guestrooms from 11:00pm to 6:00am will be required to register with their identification details at Reception.
