What are the Check in & Check out times at Cheung Chau Warwick Hotel? 

The hotel’s standard normal check-in time is 3:00pm ( for specific room types or requests, the time for check in may be slightly delayed ) and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Can I request an early Check in & Check out, and is there a charge?

Please proceed to the Front Desk upon arrival to complete your registration. If your room is not yet ready, you may store your luggage at our Front Desk, and we will notify you as soon as your room is ready.

Can a third party Check in on behalf of the guest?

For security and privacy, the registered guest must be present with a valid identification and credit card used for booking (if applicable) to complete the check-in process.

The Hotel is located right next to the Tung Wan Beach on the East Bay of Cheung Chau Island.

What are the ways to get to Cheung Chau Island from Hong Kong International airport? 

Route via Airport Express Train. Take the Airport Express Train form the airport to Hong Kong Station. Walk 10 to 15 minutes towards the Central Outlying Island Ferry Pier No. 5 and take the Fast or Slow Ferry to Cheung Chau Island.

Route via Bus. Take the A-bus (A-11) from Hong Kong International Airport station to Central (Exit at Jardine House, Connaught Road, Central). Walk across the Outlying Island Ferry Pier No. 5 and take the Fast or Slow Ferry to Cheung Chau Island.

Route via Mass Transit Railway. Take the MTR to Central Station (Exit A1) OR exit at Hong Kong Station (Exit F). Walk across the Outlying Island Ferry Pier No. 5 and take the Fast or Slow Ferry to Cheung Chau Island.

How to get to the Hotel from the Cheung Chau Island Central Pier?

No cars are allowed on the Island. Walk towards the direction of the Tung Wan Beach and walk on Tung Wan Road for 10 minutes to arrive at The Warwick Hotel.

What are the recommended transportation options on the Island? 

There are no cars allowed on the entire Cheung Chau Island. The only transportation options are on foot and bicycles.

We offer a wide selection of rooms and suites, including: Deluxe Ocean Suite (with balcony), Deluxe Ocean Room(with balcony), Standard Ocean View Room and Mountain View Room. For families, we have Deluxe Family Suite(with balcony)and Junior Family Room.

What time is breakfast served at the Hotel? 

We serve breakfast at the hotel lobby from 8am to 11am, offering a option of Asian Breakfast and Western Breakfast. Guests can enjoy coffee, tea, and light refreshments throughout the day at our Seaview Cafe, with operating hours from 12pm to 4pm. 

What bed sizes are available? 

Our bed dimensions are as follows: Double Bed (1.8m x 2m)and Twin Bed (0.9m x 2m). Extra Bed (0.7m x 1.9m).

Are cribs and baby cots available at the Hotel? 

Yes, baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability. We recommend contacting us in advance to arrange one for your stay.

Is Wifi complementary throughout the Hotel and in all rooms and suites?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all guests, including in all guest rooms and public areas.

Does the room include a mini bar? 

We provide a mini-fridge and complimentary bottled water in all rooms. Guests are also welcome to purchase refreshments from our restaurants and lounge.

Is there a bathtub in the room? Or are rooms shower-only? 

Selected room categories feature a bathtub, while some feature walk-in shower. If you have a specific preference, please contact our team.

Is daily housekeeping included? 

Yes, daily housekeeping is included for all standard stays. Please note that some long-stay packages may follow a different housekeeping schedule.

• Pets are only allowed to stay in designated rooms including Deluxe Ocean View Balcony Room (with balcony)and Standard Ocean View Room.
• Please present your pet’s vaccination record (physical/photo) before check-in. The dog owner shall bear legal responsibility and compensation if pet bites a human or other animal. 
• For accommodation, guests are only allowed to bring a maximum of two pet with the total weight of no more than 20kg in total. 
• Any additional pets will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300HKD 
• Pets are not allowed to to share amenities in the rooms. 
• Pet owner is liable to any damaged furniture and/or items in the room. 
• No leaving your pet(s) alone in the room without any supervisions.  
• Keep your pet(s) on leash at all times when in public area such as the lobby or any other hotel premises. 
• Any requests for room clean up during your stay will be charged. 
• Arrange clean ups with our reception and make sure your pet(s) is out of the room during the cleaning session

When making a booking on the Hotel’s official website, guests must provide credit card detail for guarantee. Any cancellation and/or any amendments to the booking are not allowed once the booking is made. 

If the guest fails to check in on the booked date, it will be regarded as a "no show" and the hotel will have the right to cancel the remaining days of the reservation. 

If guest wish to change or cancel the reservation, please email hotelwarwick@gmail.com or sales@warwickhotel.com.hk and include the guest’s full name, booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the whole hotel.

If you do smoke in your room, a minimum fee of HK$1,500 will be assessed to restore the room to its original smoke-free condition.
