Accommodation

What time do I Check-in or Check-out?

Check-in time is after 4PM on the day ; and Check-out time is before 12PM at noon. You can leave your luggages at the hotel before check-in or after check-out free of charge.

How do I order an extra bed / baby cot and how much will it be?

Please make sure to ask our front desk for extra bed or baby cot in advance due to limited availability or mark down in your booking you would like one. 

A child under age of 12 sharing the same room with parents is free of charge. If you would like to request for an extra bed, it will cost an additional $300 HKD. A baby cot is free of charge.

Can I bring my dog or cat to stay at the Hotel?

Only the Pets friendly rooms are permitted under the Island Pet-cation Staycation package. Please contact us at (852) 3176 6312 or whatsapp 6086 8830 for more information.

How do I book accommodation?

  • By clicking the “Book Now” button on the right top corner of our website.
  • Contacting our reservations department directly at (852) 3176 6312 or whatsapp 6086 8830 or email sales@warwickhotel.com.hk .
  • Online travel booking platforms (eg. Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia etc.)

Can I book by telephone, e-mail or fax?

Yes, you can give us a call at (852) 3176 6312 or fax us at (852) 2981 9673 for directly bookings. You can also e-mail us at sales@warwickhotel.com.hk with your selected dates, rooms and any other requests. Our staff will reply you as soon as possible.

I made a reservation but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Before finalizing your reservation please double check your e-mail address is correct because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our clients do not receive their confirmations. In some cases, our e-mails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well. In any other case, please try to contact us by call or  e-mail as we will be very happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Payment / Credit Card guarantee

Will I be charge at time of booking?

All online reservations directly on our website are required  to be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking. No charges will be made, however, a penalty of one night will apply in case of a no-show. Full payment will be done at the Hotel.

Change of a booking / Cancellation

How do I cancel my bookings?

For any cancellations or changes, you can call us at (852) 3176 6312 or e-mail us at sales@warwickhotel.com.hk.

Please note all bookings cannot be cancelled 5 days before the intended stay unless of special circumstances.

If I cancel my booking, do I get my refund back?

For bookings of the special discounted rates are non-refundable. If you choose to change or cancel the bookings, you will not be refunded any of the payment.
