Accommodation

What time do I Check-in or Check-out?

Check-in time is after 3PM on the day ; and Check-out time is before 12PM at noon. You can leave your luggages at the hotel before check-in or after check-out.

How do I order an extra bed / baby cot and how much will it be?

Please make sure to ask our front desk for extra bed or baby cot in advance due to limited availability. A child under age of 12 sharing the same room with parents is free of charge. If you would like to request for an extra bed, it will cost an additional $150 HKD. A baby cot is free of charge.

Can I bring my dog or cat to stay at the Hotel?

Only the Pets friendly rooms are permitted. Please contact us at (852) 2981 0976 for further information.

Booking Process

How do I book accommodation?

Select the dates of your stay, number of guests, type of rooms you have chosen and promotion code if it applies. The system will show you the price for the accommodation and packages with the selected rooms. If you agree with the total price and the booking conditions, just click on button “SELECT” and the reservation form will show up. Once you fill out the Guest information and reservation guarantee form, please click on button “BOOK”. A confirmation letter for your booking will be send to your email address shorty.

Can I book by telephone, e-mail or fax?

Yes, you can give us a call at (852) 2981 0976 or fax us at (852) 2981 9673 for directly bookings. You can also e-mail us at saels@warwickhotel.com.hk with your selected dates, rooms and any other requests. Our staff will reply you as soon as possible.

I made a reservation but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Before finalizing your reservation please double check your e-mail address because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our clients do not receive their confirmations. In some cases, our e-mails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well. In any case, please try to contact us by call or  e-mail as we will be very happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Payment / Credit Card guarantee

Will I be charge at time of booking?

All online reservations are required a guarantee by a valid credit card at time of booking. No charges will be made, however, a penalty of one night will apply in case of a no-show. Full payment will be done at the Hotel.

Change of a booking / Cancellation

How do I cancel my bookings?

For any cancellations or changes, you can call us at (852) 2981 0976 or e-mail us at sales@warwickhotel.com.hk.

If I cancel my booking, do I get my refund back?

For bookings of the special discounted rates are non-refundable. If you choose to change or cancel the bookings, you will not be refunded any of the payment.
