- Reservation must be made by email at sales@warwickhotel.com.hk or direct call at (852) 3176-6312 in advance.
- Please present your pet’s vaccination record (physical/photo) before check-in. The dog owner shall bear legal responsibility and compensation if pet bites a human or other animal.
- Pet-friendly Rooms comes with a comfortable bed, toiletries, wet wipes, toys and welcome treats for your pets.
- Guests are only allowed to bring a maximum of 2 pets with the weight of no more than 20kg in total.
- Pets are not allowed to to share amenities in the rooms.
- Pet owner is liable to any damaged furniture and/or items in the room.
- No leaving your pet(s) alone in the room without any supervisions.
- No bathing in the toilet for your pet(s) and are not allowed in the hotel restaurants.
- Owners must bring their pet(s) through the staircase that leads directly to the 1/F Keep your pet(s) on leash at all times when in public area such as the lobby or any other hotel premises.
- Any requests for room clean up during your stay will be charged.
- Arrange clean ups with our reception and make sure your pet(s) is out of the room during the cleaning session
- Confirmation of reservation is subject to hotel room’s availability.
- No amendments or cancellation can be made once booking confirmed.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodating pet(s) that shows signs of aggression and the room rate will not be refunded
- Cheung Chau Warwick Hotel reserves the right to have the final decision on the entitlements concerning use of the offer
