Reservation must be made by email at sales@warwickhotel.com.hk or direct call at (852) 2981 0976 in advance.
Please present your pet’s vaccination record (physical/photo) before check-in. The dog owner shall bear legal responsibility and compensation if pet bites a human or other animal.
Pet-friendly Rooms comes with a comfortable bed, toiletries, wet wipes, toys and welcome treats for your pets.
Guests are only allowed to bring a maximum of one pet with the weight of no more than 15kg in total.
Any additional pets will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300HKD
Pets are not allowed to to share amenities in the rooms.
Pet owner is liable to any damaged furniture and/or items in the room.
No leaving your pet(s) alone in the room without any supervisions.
No bathing in the toilet for your pet(s) and are not allowed in the hotel restaurants.
Owners must bring their pet(s) through the staircase that leads directly to the 1/F Keep your pet(s) on leash at all times when in public area such as the lobby or any other hotel premises.
Any requests for room clean up during your stay will be charged.
Arrange clean ups with our reception and make sure your pet(s) is out of the room during the cleaning session
Confirmation of reservation is subject to hotel room’s availability.
No amendments or cancellation can be made once booking confirmed.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodating pet(s) that shows signs of aggression and the room rate will not be refunded
