- The Accommodation Vouchers cannot be exchange for cash and are not refundable
- The Accommodation Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Guests can use a maximum of $200 HKD Accommodation Vouchers per room stay
- Please present a valid VIP Membership card to enjoy offers
- Member’s offers cannot be used in conjunction to other promotions
- Confirmation of reservation is subject to hotel room’s availability. No amendments or cancellation can be made once booking confirmed
- Please present a valid ID or Passport at Font Desk for VIP card retrieval
