To keep pets and guests happy, please respect the following guidelines :
- All dogs should always be kept on a leash in public places
- Each room is allowed two small to medium sized dogs. The total weight should not exceed 20kg for all pets
- Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors
An additional charge of $150 HKD for pet-friendly room
*All pet friendly rooms are located on the 1/F
- Reservation must be made by email at sales@warwickhotel.com.hk or direct call at 2981 0976 in advance. Pets Friendly Rooms are limited on a first come first served basis
- Pet Friendly Rooms comes with a comfortable bed, toiletries, wet wipes, toys and welcome treats.
- Pets are not allowed to to share amenities in the rooms. Pet owner is liable to any damaged furniture and/or items in the room
- No leaving your pet(s) alone in the room without any supervisions
- No bathing in the toilet for your pet(s)
- Pet(s) are not allowed in the lobby and hotel restaurant. Owners must bring their pet(s) through the staircase that leads directly to the 1/F
- Keep your pet(s) on leash at all times when in public area such as the lobby and restaurant
- Any requests for room clean up during your stay will be charged. Arrange clean ups with our reception and make sure your pet(s) is out of the room during the cleaning session
- Confirmation of reservation is subject to hotel room’s availability. No amendments or cancellation can be made once booking confirmed
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodating pet(s) that shows signs of aggression and the room rate will not be refunded
